To support our growth, we have an immediate need for a Calgary-based Staffing Consultant to lead all stages of the recruiting life cycle in our three centres, from initial sourcing right through to onboarding.

If you have a proven track record, a passion for achieving results and the ability to function well in a fast-paced team environment, we would like to speak with you. The right candidate for us will possess:

• exceptional interpersonal, organizational, interviewing and negotiation skills
• a strong Human Resources background, including completion of a recognized Human Resources program
• two or more years of recruitment and selection experience in an IT environment
• Creative ideas and an energetic approach to attracting the very best candidates available
