Jim Ostertag – Managing Principal

Jim has executive responsibility for Solvera’s strategic direction and for business development. He is a champion of Solvera’s support for local communities.

Reg Robinson – Managing Principal

In his role as Managing Principal, Reg provides executive oversight for Solvera’s operations including service delivery, employee care and business operations.

Roger Verhelst – Senior Principal

As a Senior Principal of Solvera, Roger contributes to the overall direction of Solvera. He is also a seasoned Management Consultant with specialized expertise in the utility sector.

Leo Verhelst – Senior Principal

Leo assists with executive oversight for Solvera in his role as Senior Principal. He has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and has successfully worked with a variety of clients in senior-level roles.

Jason Grelowski – Managing Director, Alberta

In his role as Managing Director, Jason is responsible for business development in the Alberta market. He excels at building trusted relationships and bringing innovation to client solutions.

Ray Hillman – Managing Director, Alberta

Ray joined Solvera in 2010 as Managing Director responsible for consulting services and operations in Alberta. He has a strong reputation for leadership and strategic consulting.

Hal Ryckman – Managing Director, Manitoba

As Managing Director, Hal is responsible for strategy and business development in the Manitoba market. A seasoned global IT executive, he brings a wealth of experience in system integration and consulting.

Randy Drewry – Managing Director, Manitoba

Randy is Managing Director responsible for consulting services and operations in Manitoba. He excels in management oversight for initiatives that range from specialized to complex.

Judy Ginther – Delivery Manager

Judy is a Delivery Manager for clients in Alberta. She also delivers senior consulting services, specializing in the utility sector.

Todd Antill – Relationship Manager

In addition to his role as Relationship Manager, Todd is the leader of Solvera’s Application Development Centre (ADC).

Laurie Dunne – Delivery Manager

Laurie is a Delivery Manager and experienced consultant for Solvera in Regina.

Lance Drozda – Relationship Manager

Lance is leader of the Business Intelligence practice. In addition, he fills the roles of both Account Manager and Relationship Manager for several Solvera clients.

Jeremy (JD) Kirk – Delivery Manager

In addition to being a Delivery Manager, JD is a Senior Business Analyst for Solvera.

Sheri-Dawn Robinson – Relationship Manager

In her role as Relationship Manager, Sheri-Dawn builds client relationships and manages service delivery and employee care.

Arla Schmidt – Delivery Manager

Arla manages several accounts in Regina and contributes to Solvera’s consulting resource management.

JoAnne Neely – Practice Oversight

As Director of Practices, JoAnne provides leadership and coordination across all Solvera practice areas, and provides senior level project management consulting services to Solvera clients.

Liz Noubarian – Director, Project Management Practice

Liz serves as Director of our Project Management practice and provides senior level project management consulting services.

BettyLynn Mueller – Director, Business Process Services

BettyLynn leads Business Process Services and delivers business process consulting as a Senior Consultant.

Nick Pearce – Director, Application Development

Nick specializes in architecture and application development.

Flavio La Terza – Director, SAP Practice

With a broad base of experience in SAP, Flavio leads our practice for SAP Services. He also provides senior-level SAP consulting.

Marlin Benson – Director, Management Consulting Practice

Marlin directs Solvera’s Management Consulting practice and provides high-value management consulting.

Tom Yarnton – Director, Architecture Practice

Tom is a highly skilled consultant with expertise in both the enterprise architecture and solution architecture domains.

Bob Lane – Director, People Care and Communications
